1.‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ What is the maximum load capacity for your roller conveyors?

Our basic roller conveyor can carry up to 100kg/m 2 . To increase load capacity, we have a heavy duty model with a 1.5mm wall thickness of the roller that can handle 150kg/m 2 . Each roller will be strictly tested for a duration of 72 hours under a full load before the factory release. Please do not hesitate to send us the weight of your product and we will advise you on the most suitable model.

2. Can the width and length be customized? How is packaging handled for assembly?

Absolutely! The width and length both can be made to your specifications. Usually, widths are 300mm to 1500mm and a modular design is used so the conveyor can simply be extended. conveyors Our are assembly kits in complete form. As a matter of fact, in most cases, a couple of workers can completely do the assembly within just a few hours — no welding needed.

3. What factors affect the pricing? Do you offer bulk discounts?

Price is mainly influenced by the type of materials selected for the product, the load capacity, size, and whether any optional or additional features are included. Usually, for orders above 100 meters, we provide discounts of 5–15%. Besides this, we also offer free layout design and technical consultation so you get the best solution at the minimum cost.

4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

You have to order at least 10 meters for roller conveyors to meet the minimum order quantity (MOQ). We are willing to consider smaller pilot order(s) if the circumstances permit and will attempt to accommodate you on a reasonable basis.

5. What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer a wide range of shipping methods to suit your needs, such as ocean freight for FCL and LCL shipments, cross-border land transport, and air freight in case of urgency and/or for small parts.

6. How do you package equipment for international shipping?

Each conveyor system receives a thorough inner protection with PE stretch film. Following that, the conveyor is supported by a metal or wooden frame and finally, it is packed into ISPM-15 fumigation-free wooden crates ensuring safety during ocean or land transportation.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods that we accept are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and UnionPay. The common payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance payment before shipment.

8. How long does delivery take?

Normally, the production lead time is 15–25 working days. The actual time may vary, depending on the order size and degree of customization. Since our regular parts are well-stocked, this also leads to a reduction in lead time for urgent projects.

9. Do you provide installation support and after-sales service?

We definitely do! Our customer support team issues online installation manuals and video tutorials as standard practice. For bigger and complicated projects, we offer on-site installation support. Besides the 12-month warranty, we also provide life-time maintenance, technical advice, and repairs services.

10. Are your conveyors suitable for truck and lorry loading?

Definitely! Our portable truck loading conveyors and telescopic loading systems are engineered to fulfill all requirements of fast loading/unloading of trucks and lorries.
