In‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ a pharmaceutical giant city, Bozhou, Anhui, a leading company was facing the problem of small order fulfillment and carrying heavy demands of drug traceability simultaneously.

At Bozhou, Anhui, a center of pharmaceutical industry a major enterprise had to face that it not only takes a long time to fulfill orders of small quantity but also the heavy drug traceability needs were leading to their workload.

To solve these challenges, they contacted Zhangzhou Duffy Machinery for the implementation of a more efficient product movement system.

Powered roller conveyors, lift-and-transfer units, and DWS technology made up the custom solution that Duffy Machinery designed and implemented for the customer.

The conveyors provide a backbone for the warehouse, while the transfer units direct both individual boxes and full pallets to the right gates without any problem.

Conveyors serve as the main blood vessels of the warehouse, while transfer units are able to smoothly direct both individual boxes and full pallets to the correct gates.

Meanwhile, the DWS system keeps weighing and scanning automatically any item passing through the line.

At the same time, with the DWS system scanning and weighing each item, everything is being kept track of.

There was a wonderful improvement in the order of daily turnover after automation of the split-case and full-box shipping process. By doing so, they have eliminated errors that occur when employees are working manually. The most important thing is now every package is recorded digitally with complete details such as weight, size, and destination.

Through the automating the process from split-case and full-box shipping, the company got rid of one vulnerable source of errors - the manual labor, and witnessed an impressive increase in day-to-day production. 1.‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ What is the maximum load per single roller and for the entire track?

Standard: 100kg/㎡; Heavy-duty (1.5mm wall): 150kg/㎡. All rollers are subjected to a 72-hour full-load test. Please share your product weight to receive specific advice.


2. Is it possible to customize width/length? What about packaging for assembly?

Yes, these are customizable (width 300–1500mm, length modular). We supply complete assembly kits; 2 people can complete the assembly in a couple of hours (without welding).


3. What factors determine the price? Is there any discount for bulk purchasing?

Pricing‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ varies based on raw materials, load capacities, sizes, and the inclusion of extra features. When you order more than 100 meters, we give you a 5 to 15% discount. We also provide layout design services entirely free of ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌charge.
