The solution is composed of powered roller conveyors, lateral transfer units, a DWS data capture platform, gravity roller sections, and a separate order verification station, turning into a fully automated pharmaceutical dispatch closed-loop process.

The combined solution creates continuous conveying networks that connect powered and non-powered roller lines, thus allowing smooth material flows through the stages of order splitting, sorting, and final verification. Lateral transfer modules, featuring highly accurate diverting and lane-switching, facilitate seamless cargo transfer between conveyor lines, thereby eliminating inefficient manual handling. The DWS platform performs real-time weight detection, volume measurement, and barcode scanning and sends the key data directly to the corporate track-and-trace system. The verification station being the last stage of quality control, carries out secondary data checks to ensure shipments have been 100% accurate.

The solution installation from scratch resolved efficiency issues that had been persisting for years in split and full-case order handling firstly and secondly increased drug outbound throughput significantly while simultaneously reducing correspondences, manual operations, errors, and safety risks have been totally eliminated. Via end-to-end data logging and digital information binding, the pharmaceutical company reached the full traceability of drug circulation through a drug circulation traceability system fully compliant with regulations, providing visibility from order sorting to final delivery and complete traceability of origin, destination, and accountability. 1.‍‌‍‍‌ What loading weight can your rollers and conveyor systems handle?

The typical loading capacity of most rollers is 100kg per square meter. However, heavy-duty rollers with a 1.5mm wall thickness can handle loads of up to 150kg per square meter. Additionally, 

to ensure quality and performance, all our rollers undergo a 72-hour continuous full-load test. You simply tell us the weight of your items, and we will offer you a suitable recommendation.


2. Will the rounding of width and length as well as packaging take place on the site?

The width of the main guide of the running rollers can be extended or reduced by 300mm increments (minimum) up to 1500mm (maximum) and the length is variable depending on the modules. The delivery can be done with a complete set of assembly handled by two persons in a few hours without using any welding techniques.


3. What factors contribute most to product pricing? Are there any price concessions for bulk purchases?

Several factors determine the cost, primarily the grade of material, load capacity, sizing parameters, and the features you choose. For orders over 100 meters, we provide a 5%-15% discount and also grant a complimentary layout design service.


4. What is the MOQ of your conveyors?

Our roller conveyors' minimum purchase quantity is 10 meters.


5. What modes of delivery do you provide to customers abroad?

Customers may select their preferred shipping method, among which are ocean freight (FCL/LCL), cross-border land transport, and air freight for urgent deliveries and small parts.


6. Could you tell me about your package of equipment for international transportation?

There are three security layers to the packaging: the innermost is PE stretch film, the middle layer is metal or wooden support frames, and the outer ISPM-15 certified fumigation-free wooden case.
