How smoothly is the integration of your company's fixed roller conveyor belts with our existing or planned automated sorting systems (for example, the connection with the cross-belt sorter supply table and scanning channel)? Will standard communication protocols (such as Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and mechanical interface specifications be provided in advance?
Our conveying equipment is specially designed for seamless integration. We will provide detailed 2D/3D CAD models and mechanical interface drawings for all standard connection points. In terms of electrical aspects, our control system is based on the industry-standard PLC platform and supports all mainstream fieldbus protocols to ensure plug-and-play compatibility with your warehouse management system and upstream and downstream equipment. Pre-integration technical consultation is part of our standard project process.
2. Apart from the initial purchase price, what is the estimated total holding cost over the next 10 years? The control cabinet reserves spare capacity for additional I/O points and drives. The layout can be expanded by adding pre-designed modular sections, and our control architecture can be easily compatible with additional automation interfaces. Yes. Our conveying equipment is equipped with integrated sensors and intelligent drivers, which can directly transmit key performance index data to the local human-machine interface and then to your upper-layer system via OPC UA or MQTT protocols. 5. What is your company's end-to-end project management process for the installation of multiple lines in our new distribution center? Does it bear a single point of responsibility?
