Surface finish options available: galvanized for anti-corrosion purposes, or polyurethane coated for enhanced friction and noise reduction. 304/316 stainless steel variants that are both food-grade and sufficient for use in corrosive environments. All of them are equipped with IP66 sealed and pre-lubricated deep groove ball bearings, which guarantee smooth, low-torque, long lifespan operation.

Our User Case
In Bozhou, Anhui, a leading pharmaceutical center in China, a major company there was facing difficulties in terms of order fulfillment delay and heavy pressure of the drug traceability. They decided to collaborate with Zhangzhou Duffy Machinery when exploring a more intelligent way to move the working process.
Duffy Machinery tailored a mechanical system consisting of powered roller conveyors, lift-and-transfer units, and DWS technology. Conveyor belts serve as the main artery of the warehouse, while the transfer units not only guide individual boxes but also pallets towards the respective gates. Simultaneously, the DWS system conducts automatic scanning and weighing of all items via conveyor.

1. What is the maximum load-bearing capacity of a single roller and the entire track?
Here is what we have in terms of load capacity for our load-bearing industrial solutions Dynamic load capacity: Standard model 100kg/㎡, heavy-duty model up to 150kg/㎡ (wall thickness 1.5mm). All rollers have been through the 72-hour full-load fatigue test and test reports are available. Kindly tell us about the weight your goods generally have, and we will be able to advise on the best specification.
2. Can the width and length of the conveyor be customized? How should it be packaged and transported to facilitate on-site assembly?
We provide full size options and good on-field assembly solutions Size customization: The width (300-1500mm) and length (modularly increased or decreased) can both be customized. Modular design, on-site splicing, and extension are also available. Packaging and transportation: Packaged as a complete modular kit, including pre-assembled frame sections, the correct number of rollers, connectors, and tools. With color-coded installation diagrams attached, a two-person team can normally finish the assembly within a few hours even without the help of professional welders.
3. What factors are the pricing based on? Are there any bulk discounts for large-scale projects?
Pricing is based on several factors that both you and we can benefit from our transparent and flexible strategy The quote mainly depends on the material (e.g., stainless steel > galvanized), load-bearing specifications, custom length/width, and special accessories. Bulk discount: In the case of project procurement, we offer a tier discount. For example, if a single order length exceeds 100 meters, a special discount of 5-15% can be given. Value-added services: We provide free layout design consultation and load analysis so that you have control over your total cost with the optimal configuration.
4. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for your conveyors?
Our MOQ is quite flexible to be able to accommodate small projects as well as large-scale industrial setups: Inclined Belt Conveyors (Climbing Machines): Minimum 1 unit.

Here is what our default export packaging consists of: Inner Layer: PE stretch film professional to keep away moisture and dust. Support: Heavy-duty metal or wood integrated stand (footings) for the movement stability. Outer Layer: Wooden crates that comply with ISPM-15 and are fumigation-free, providing a very powerful protection against impact.
