ETB-1000 Electrical Telescopic Boom Conveyor
The ETB-1000 Electrical Telescopic Boom Conveyor can be considered as a very productive connection in a warehouse storage and delivery trucks. It uses an electric
drive system that is fully eliminates the noise and the risks of fluid-leaks that are usually associated with traditional hydraulics. With this eco-friendly configuration,
the conveyor can be smoothly and accurately pushed into the containers with the help of the motors, thus making the whole goods dispatch operation quicker,
besides keeping the atmosphere clean and quiet for dock workers.
First, it is capable of handling a rapid moving distribution center. Secondly, it has a goal of saving energy and still keeping the structure strong.
Also, thanks to the synchronization of the motors, it changes the length of the boom extremely smoothly and consistently. This feature enables logistics managers
not only to increase truck turnaround times but at the same time, to reduce total power consumption in high-volume shipping and receiving lanes.
Key Features & Advantages
Sustainable Electric Drive Performance
ETB-1000's innovative electric drive system is energetic a substitute to the conventional hydraulics with accurate motors. Furthermore, the system is equipped with regenerative brake technology which enables the system to recycle and capture energy during the deceleration phase, thereby significantly reducing the total energy consumption at the loading dock and, also, it keeps warehouse environments clean by eliminating the risk of oil leaks.
Extended Reach Four-Stage Mechanism
The conveyor in this system is fully capable of reaching, both horizontally and vertically, for incorporation into four-stage telescoping devices that are found most often in large shipping containers. When there is a need to reach the farthest delivery point inside the container, smooth movement of the conveyor to the desired location is ensured by the consistent drive force and load control. Goods receiving operations are greatly simplified and manual handling almost eliminated, which has the added benefit of reducing operator injury risks and exposure to environmental hazards.
Precision Movement and Rotation
The conveyor boom can be smoothly rotated up to 300 degrees and the speed can be controlled very precisely so the boom can be placed where needed with very little effort. Also, the speed of the belt is controlled precisely so that operators can synchronize the conveyor with a particular loading crew's pace. This measure not only ensures a steady, manageable material flow but it also prevents the formation of piles and leads to the improvement of overall workplace ergonomics.

Customer concerns (FAQ)
Q1: What are the advantages of an electrical drive over a hydraulic system?
A: Electric drives like the one in the ETB-1000 operate quietly and are more energy-efficient than hydraulic systems. Besides that, the maintenance costs for electric drives are usually lower. More importantly, the electric drive option does not pose the risk of oil leaks and, therefore, works as the best solution for the clean environment requirement, such as in food, pharmaceutical, and high-end retail warehouses.
Q2: How does the regenerative braking system work?
A: The regenerative braking system captures the energy produced when the conveyor belt is slowing down or is carrying heavy descending loads. The motor is then functioning as a generator and is able to transform the kinetic energy to electrical energy, which is then used to power other parts of the system, thus lowering the overall electricity consumption in your facility.
Q3: Can the belt speed be synchronized with my warehouse's main sorting line?
A: Most certainly. The ETB-1000 can be integrated with your main sorting line since it is equipped with a variable frequency drive (VFD), digital communication ports and the ability to automatically adjust its speed to be synchronized with the goods inflow from your central conveyor network.
Q4: Is the 300° rotation manual or motorized?
A: We have two options for you to choose from, and it depends on your work process. For instance, the motorized one provides you with the ability to pivot an entire loading bay of conveyors or to change the angle as the truck filling proceeds in a manual control with the joystick or control panel.
Q5: What is the benefit of a four-stage telescoping mechanism?
A: A four-stage telescoping conveyor achieves greater reach with the smallest amount of space needed for retraction. Simply put, the conveyor occupies less floor space when not in use but can be extended even for the longest trailers and containers.
Q6: Are the load monitoring sensors able to stop the belt in an overload situation?
A: Certainly they can! As the real-time weight measurements are made by these smart sensors, the overload scenario will most probably be detected well in time. If the overload happens, as a safety precaution, the system will either slow down or stop completely and signal an alarm.
Q7: Can this electrical model operate in cold storage or high-humidity environments?
A: Of course, it is ready for the job. A range of "Weatherproof" and "Cold-Chain" packages are available with sealed motors, anti-condensation heaters for the electronics, corrosion-resistant coatings, and other such items to make sure they work perfectly even in the toughest conditions.
Q8: How difficult is it to relocate the conveyor to a different dock door?
A: Because the unit uses only electricity, it can be moved around very easily. When it is set up with motorized floor rails or heavy-duty casters, it can be simply transported and connected to a regular power outlet at another bay, thus providing flexible "plug-and-play" loading capacity.
