1. What are the main pointers to identify the quality of a roller?
The essence of recognition is the “hidden inside” and the “proof of data”: (1) Accuracy of structure: The real roundness of the steel pipe, the regularity of wall thickness, and the quality of the weld seam are the main factors direct load-bearing and operational stability, which can be initially judged by simple observation of the end face and manual rotation.
(2) Functionality of bearing: This is the core. High-class rollers feature “deep groove ball bearings + multiple seals (such as contact labyrinth seals),” and when manually rotated, they should be totally smooth without any jamming feeling and the noise should be extremely low.
(3) Proof of data: Normal manufacturers should support you with main figures, e.g., rated dynamic load (example: 500N per unit), radial runout tolerance (example: ≤0.3mm) and protection grade.

3. What materials can be used for frames and rollers of conveyors for different environments (such as general warehouses, cold storage, and washing areas)?
We provide a complete material solution for all the scenarios: Normal environment: carbon steel galvanized frame + galvanized roller, rust-proof and durable. Wet/Washed area: 304 or 316 stainless steel frame and rollers, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Cold storage environment (-30°C): Stainless steel material + low-temperature special lubricating grease to ensure normal operation at low temperatures. Special requirements: Customized services such as rubber coating (anti-slip/noise reduction) and coating (acid and alkali resistant) are provided.
4. Is it possible to customize the width and length of the conveyor? How can it be packaged and transported to enable easy assembly at the site?
We provide complete freedom of size and handy installation solutions:
Dimensions customization: Width (300-1500mm) and length (modular increments) are both customizable. Modular architecture, on-site splicing and extension are possible.
Packing and delivery: Sent as a complete “modular kit”, including pre-assembled frame sections, the right number of rollers, connectors and tools. Color-coded assembly diagrams provided, two-person team can perform the assembly within a few hours without professional welders.
5. What pricing parameters are done? Is there bulk discount for large-scale projects?
We take a simple and flexible approach with our pricing:
Basis for quotation: Mainly the price varies based on the material (for example, stainless steel > galvanized), as well as load-bearing requirement specifications, custom/length width and special accessories.
Bulk discount: We offer a gradually increased discount for projects procurement. For example, if a single order covers a total length of 100 meters, a special discount from 5% to 15% may be given.
