The High tech Enterprise Certificate is an authoritative qualification certificate jointly recognized and issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Administration of Taxation. It aims to confirm that the enterprise has core independent intellectual property rights, continuous research and development capabilities, and achievement transformation capabilities in high-tech fields such as electronic information, biology, and new medicine, which are supported by the state. The certificate must meet conditions such as a proportion of scientific and technological personnel of ≥ 10%, a proportion of R&D expenses in the past three years meeting standards, and a proportion of high-tech product income of ≥ 60%. This certificate not only allows enterprises to enjoy tax incentives from 25% to 15% of corporate income tax, local funding subsidies, and financing convenience, but also becomes an important business card to demonstrate technological competitiveness, helping enterprises gain advantages in bidding, brand building, and talent attraction. Its validity period is three years, and it needs to be re recognized before expiration to continue enjoying policy dividends.
